January 13, 2013!! Mark you calenders! This event starts at 9:00a.m. and goes until 3:00p.m. Many vendors will be there for your opportunity to try skies, snowshoes and even get a little instruction regarding what to do with these things!! We will have our annual kids 1K race at twelve noon, a bonfire with smores, a snowshoe racing clinic, gumbo/chilli cookoff contest,and an opportunity to see friends AND ski.

WOW! The skiing continues to be fantastic with many folks, and their canine friends enjoying Vallecito. The groomers continue to be hard at work. We are so lucky to have them! Be sure to thank them when you are out skiing!

YEA! The snow gods have blessed us with lots of snow…white, beautiful and groomed! The groomers have been working this week and will continue to do so with the regular grooming schedule beginning this Saturday! We have already had four days of grooming so the snow is getting packed down and in great shape.

There will be no WOMENS SKI GROUP until January 4, 2013. The holidays are fast approaching so enjoy the time with your families. Come ready to ski at 10:30 a.m January 4, 2013 at the trailhead. Be prepared to ski!!

The groomers worked hard ALL day to get the new snowfall packed down. WOW! With all this new snow it was an effort, and well worth it! Come out and ski! We will continue to work hard to get the trails into tip top shape!
